Let’s get acquainted.

This project has been a dream of mine I’ve been procrastinating for the past 3 years.

I know now that it was so hard for me to overcome my own internal and external obstacles to make this happen, because that was a part of the journey.

Moving past my fear of being seen/judged and resourcing myself to make this happen has provided me with valuable insight to pass on to my listeners.

My name is Harvey (they/he). I am a certified coach and have practiced for 7 years, with over 100 clients, and am a creator and educator under the name “Harvey ADHD.”
I help neurodivergent humans all over the world stop shaming themselves, and build the clarity , confidence , and consistency they need to start living the lives they are meant to ✨

I’m the founder and host of Center of Attention. I regularly feature guests and collaborators who share this vision—because this work is bigger than any one person.

It took me many years, and many careers to figure out what my purpose is.

Between sociology, psychology, journalism, philosophy, entrepreneurship, coaching, program & curriculum development, content creation, business systems optimization, neurodivergent research, and music,

I finally found the intersection of it all that is exactly Harvey-shaped.

And it took more years to finally build the courage and the resource to do it.

But if I did not find a way to do it in this lifetime, I know would be my biggest regret.

My Harvey-shaped calling in the universe is to help other people light their own fire, believe in their own magic, and learn how to keep it alive when all of the systems of power want you to snuff it out.
Procrastinating your passion is painful.
Whatever yours is, you can do it.
You’re not alone anymore.
This is the Hubble Telescope pointed
at the DARKEST PART of our sky.
Let’s be baffled and liberated by the absurdity that is our existence together, and the fact that there is no meaning, AND whatever meaning we want to all of this, at the same time.
In the grand scheme of existence, the fact that we are here together, in this moment, AND you are reading something I took out of my brain and put onto pixels on a screen, totally at random.

Everything is made up. How freeing.

All we truly have at the end of the day is attention, time, and connection.

Let’s empower each other to be intentional with our one wild and precious life.
